Service Description

Massage is where it all began and from there I have trained in many other techniques, which I’ve been developing and perfecting since I started Bodyworx Sporthorse Performance in 2020. Massage targets muscles; addressing soreness and weakness along with stretching, lengthening and range of motion exercises. It provides a good assessment of the horse's physical condition on which the basis of a customised programme can be decided upon with the rider. Through the increase in circulation, tissue length and joint mobility, horses benefit from increased stamina and faster recovery between sporting and training events.
